Fair questions
How long does it take?
Starter sites usually go live in one to two weeks. Business in two to three. Full Works depends on scope — we’ll give you a date before we start, and stick to it.
Do I actually own the site?
Yes, outright. The domain, the design, the content — all yours. If you leave, everything comes with you. No hostage situations.
What about hosting?
Your choice. Take the optional Care Plan (from £15/mo) and we handle hosting, backups and updates. Or host it anywhere you like — we’ll set it up and hand over.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. Small tweaks are part of the Care Plan if you take it, or we quote a fair one-off for bigger jobs. You can also edit it yourself — we’ll show you how.
What’s not included?
Ongoing marketing, ad campaigns and heavy custom software. If something’s outside the package, we’ll say so before we start — no surprises on the invoice.
